OUR STORY
In 2004, Damon Fardig saw an opportunity to apply his unique blend of experience and expertise to the residential, commercial and mining building industry across Western Australia. Damon’s vision was to provide quality building services to his clients on time and on budget.
D&L Building Services initial contract was at the Yarrie Mine in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, undertaking rectification works at the mines accommodation camp. The company has grown since then and has since completed numerous residential and commercial projects across the Perth metropolitan region and overseas.
During 2011, D&L Building Services was awarded the contract to construct an accommodation camp for Oceana Gold in the Philippines. The operational team faced several logistical and cultural issues. By applying their combined knowledge and expertise the team saw the project finalised on time and on budget.

We invest in the future by employing Apprentices. Learning from our Senior Trades, we seek to retain all apprentices after they have completed, further building our team and culture.
Our team are direct employee’s who are offered opportunities to undertake a range of Post Trade qualifications. This investment in our team ensures a continuous commitment to excellence in the workplace.
Management
D&L’s leadership team ensures our employees have the support they need to carry out the project in a safe and timely manor.
Supervision
Site Supervisors will work closely with the client representative to ensure that quality is always maintained and signoff is achieved.
Trades
Our trades are enrolled and undertake a range of post trade qualifications in Hazardous Areas, Instrumentation and Control and Renewable Energies.
Apprentices
Our apprentices are supported by D&L Building Services, to ensure skills for the future.
